Two things that I have always loved are, finding a solution to a problem & being creative.  No matter what form that takes, painting, drawing, photography, cake decorating, sewing or home improvement projects. You name it, I’ve probably tried it!  Being a hairstylist is the perfect marriage of those two loves.  Finding the perfect color combinations and placement for you is what I live for! I see color as a work of art. It takes time, patience, and know-how to execute that perfect final product along with zeroing in on the best cut for your face shape and lifestyle. Being able to step-back and see the final product fills my soul!

I am always looking for new ideas, techniques and products that will bring value to my clients.  I attend advanced hands-on classes, product demonstrations and online classes to continually enhance and increase my skills in all areas of coloring, blonding, balayage and cutting techniques.  I’m a hair junky & I am not ashamed!

If you were to ask some of my clients why they chose me, and what they love the most about spending time with me (besides my awesome sense of humor of course) I think they would say I listen. I really listen to what they are telling me and I also hear what they aren’t telling me. That is just as important.

When not at the salon I enjoy hiking, reading, photography going to festivals and spending time with my husband, family and friends. At home, I’m usually working on some type of home improvement project, (I'm quite handy with a power tool) playing with the dogs, or curled up with a good book and my cat, Cat. (yes that’s really his name, don’t ask him about it he has a complex) If I can get away with it, I will find my way to a beach. That is my happy place.
